Our goal is to provide a meaningful and respectful experience. All bookings and payments for Hipnoetic Goa are processed through a third-party provider.
1.1. Bookings via Third Party
- All payment processing and cancellation terms are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party booking platform (e.g., StayFlexi).
- Refund eligibility, cut-off times, and conditions are governed by their platform.
1.2. Our General Guidelines
- While we honor the refund policy set by our booking partner, our general principle is to offer fair and compassionate resolution wherever possible.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, we encourage you to contact the third-party platform directly and notify us at salesgoa@hipnoetic.com.
1.3. Retreat Cancellations
- In rare cases, if Hipnoetic Goa needs to cancel a retreat or event, you will be notified in advance and a full refund will be processed through the original booking channel.
